Affirmative : S + would + have + been + Ving
Negative : S + would + not + have + been + Ving
Interrogative : Would + S + have + been + Ving

Example

Affirmative : Rianawati would have been speaking English for two years.

Negative : Mrs. Anisa Munif wouldn’t have been walking here for seventeen year.
Negative : Rianawati wouldn’t have been speaking English for two years.
