Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 8 cups water
- Small clove garlic
- Spices
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon butter
- Fry tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a pan with butter for five minutes.
- Add water, spices, salt, and pepper.
- Heat until the water boils.
- Turn down the heat and cover the lid.
- Cook for one hour.
